Ding Yifeng, a lawyer who has not been involved in a lawsuit for six years, used unscrupulous means to help the defendant Jin Ximei reverse the verdict, arguing that killing the victim Ma Shuangxi was self-defense. He wanted to take advantage of it and made his name, but was questioned and strongly opposed by the prosecutor Sun Yu. The two sides of the court debated, but Jin Ximei refused to defend Yi Feng's innocence. The relationship between her and Ma Shuangxi didn't not seem to be as simple as the description of the case.
